Know before you go

• This tour requires a minimum of four participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, you may choose to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• We reserve the right to modify the route or destination if necessary, particularly in response to weather conditions.
• Any lost or damaged snorkelling gear or stinger suits must be replaced at the passenger’s expense, with payment processed via EFTPOS on the boat.
• Guests must always follow the Master’s instructions.
• While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from passenger actions beyond our control.
• All departures and itineraries are subject to weather conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the Master’s discretion.
• Stinger suits are provided during stinger season (November to May) for your protection.
